Why crash diet is bad for your health?
- The vitamin loss in your body would be really huge.
- Dangerous for your vital organs like your heart, kidneys, liver, brain.
- Women... it can result in hair loss because of the lack of vitamins and minerals in your body!!
- It will start burning up your muscles to get energy. Makes your skin, body sloppy and weak.
- Your metabolism will drop rapidly.
In result you will have damaged your vital organs, maybe a % of your hair, have a sloppy body and possibility to gain even more fat than before. People crash diet isnt good for anyone. Get fit the right way!!
