
People are used to eat 3 big meals a day but like that it is easier to gain weight. Firstly your body can not digest that food so easily which isn't good for your stomach. Secondly it is much harder to burn up that much energy so it will be added to your fat resources.
The point in losing weight is to burn up a bit more energy than you consumed ( will be harder when your metabolism is really low so dont skip meals ). But by eating 5 - 6 small portioned meals a day will be good for your stomach because it is more easy to digest that food and you won't have a hard time by burning up that energy you consumed. By adding a little fitness to it you burn up more than you consumed and so you won't mess up your metabolism but you will look fresh, no yoyo effect and lose easily weight. That is the right way to diet, it depends on you how much extra energy you spend each day.
But remember:
- Eat small portions ( the size of your fist or palm full )
- Fruits are great for the morning and night time ( 8-9 pm ).
- You can always eat an apple if you feel like the portions are not enough.
- Exercise even a bit, you can lose weight without workout but workout is what makes your body pretty and shaped.
- Stay away from junk food! Eat fruits, vegetables and other foods that aren't filled with calories ( rice, potatoes but not fried )
